- 08/30/08 - 12/31/08 $660/week
Daily rates are available before April and after August and are subject to a 3 night minimum stay Monthly rent during off season is $995 per month Snow birds welcome!!!

- add $350 sec deposit
- add 11 % SC Sales tax
- Included guarenteed items: bed linens (except sleep sofa), all bath and kitchen towels, departure cleaning
- Included but not guaranteed: beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards.

POLICIES:

- Check in: 4:00 PM
- Check out: 10:00 AM or earlier
- Minimum checkin age 25
- No Smoking, no pets, sorry.

| Deposit Policy: |
- Deposit of one half rental rate required within 7 days of your reservation request being accepted.
- Balance due within 30 days prior to arrival.
- Refundable Security deposit of $350 required.

| Refund Policy: |
- Cancellations can be made by written notice.
- Deposit shall be refunded only if unit can be re-rented at full rental amount.
- Refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
